- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A few years ago my dentist recommended Steiner Rotenberg, I chickened out and it wasn't until recently my teeth started bothering me again so I decided to give it another go especially since I now have dental insurance. First I compared prices and there's were actually lower cost than other places I called around which was really good since they have been around for years and are reputable. The front desk is friendly and the wait to get a consultation for me was about three weeks and a week or two for surgery afterward. Dr. Steiner has a very calm presence and soothing voice, he tried to make me as calm as I could since I was already feeling anxious since I never had anesthesia. He introduced me to my anesthesiologist which helped me feel a tad better knowing that there was an actual anesthesiologist present to monitor my vitals. They told me what to expect and asked if I had questions. Had me choose between bubblegum, cherry, and strawberry laughing gas. I felt like I was drifting away to sleep as Dr. Steiner asked me questions about life and had calming words. It was a bit embarrassing but I freaked out for one second but they managed to calm me down and assure me I was in good hands and then put the IV in....then I woke up. I was rather loopy. Anyway, I think he did a really good job because my teeth were horizontally impacted. As sore as I am, I don't look like a chipmunk! Also, most oral surgeons cut your teeth up to get it out but he even managed to get my wisdom teeth out in WHOLE without chipping it and gave them to me as requested.... Gross but it was really cool to see it. All in all, I highly recommend this business. I met with Dr. Sean Lindsey and he was also very nice and funny.March 18, 2017by Chelle Padriga
