  As others have posted, very unprofessional. Waiting time is hours and problems never solved. $18,000 worth of wasted surgery. They only care about the $ not the patient.

  RUDE, ARROGANT, UNAPOLOGETIC, WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME & $$$!!!! A fine experience leading up until the examination with Dr. Martyn. He had us wait for nearly 30 mins before he decided to come in. He walked in, sat down and cut straight to the point (no pleasantries, not even an apology for the wait). Afterwards he proceeded to make condescending remarks toward me with a smug look on his face. He did minor examination of me, while speaking to his trainee. His opinons/analysis of my situation were communicated to her, he never spoke directly to me. Scheduled me for a followup MRI without my approval and never asked me if I had any questions at all. He dismissed me within 10 mins of meeting him. It had occurred to me that my 30min wait time in the examination room was likely due to his training of the lady who was with him. This means he didn't care that we had been waiting between sitting in the lobby and in the exam room for close to two hours. After my first 5 mins with the "professional" I didn't even care to discuss or question my condition any further, I just wanted to go and find someone else. If you're reading this, please don't waste your precious time or money here. The clinic itself and the rest of the staff were fine, but if you run into Dr. Martyn or anyone else like him you'll regret it.

  UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I went to the stow office and came prepared with questions. apparently coming with some knowledge is a no no. I asked the "doctor" many questions and then heard him making fun of me outside my door for doing so. him AND his secretary little helpers were talking about me. he came in the room and I confronted him about it, and he of course lied. You can hear everything through the doors! Extremely arrogant and rude. Go somewhere else, this place isnt worth it!!!!

  Had an initial appointment scheduled with Ohio ENT on Bethel Rd. at 9:25AM on a Monday morning. Arrived 20 mins early per their instruction to fill out paperwork. Was taken back to the exam room around 9:35. At 10:20 I still hadn't seen the doctor. I had to leave for work and left without being seen. I didn't reschedule as this was a giant waste of my time. I'm sure they're very nice people but I will definitely ask family and friends for a referral next time rather than my PCP.

  I had a pretty major surgery three years ago and saw dr Powell as result of a complication I had to stop nosebleeds. Initial visit was great as I was a patient referred to them for a rare and major surgery. For two years I had no issues at all and went back because I started having some very light bleeding again. Thinking they would remember me and have my chart ready when I got there I made an appointment with them. They didn't have my chart and didn't listen at all. They ended up making the situation worse. His nurse Tiffany was super rude. If she comes into your room I would immediately ask for someone else. Dr Powell was in a rush because he had to leave for an appointment 10 min after he came into my room. He stuck an expanded up my nose and the flood gates opened. Since that day one week ago my nose has bled heavily several times a day since. I called in and spoke with Tiffany she asked me "I am not sure what you want from me?" Which my response was "medical advise" she proceeded to put me on hold and go into a patient room. Terrible experience wouldn't recommend to anyone
