- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Clemency used to be a great doctor but now with the change of some staff there is no use on going. Last two times I have not even seen Dr Clemency. I saw a large blond hair girl that wont listen and has twice now put me in a bad position. Once leaving me frantic that I would not have my life saving meds in time. Had to get a friends doctor friend to help me and get me back on blood thinners. This could have killed me. No joke. This last experience has now taken a month to resolve and still not right. A month of phone calls and they still wont send the correct perscription as was instructed by my insurance and astrazenaca but they refuse to cooporate and simply do the correct thing. Instead they have been very rude and have also lied to me saying it is illegal for my dr to call in a script. For freakin nexium. Doctors are supposed to help people not make there lives worse. Funny thing is one of my best friend used to work with her for years and always spoke highly. When did she stop cari g. Who knows. But this doctor office is a joke.
