  Visited here last week as a new patient. I advised the receptionist of my insurance company when I made the appointment, and there was no comment that my insurance was considered Out of Network. I thought it was strange that I was then asked to pay a balance because I have never needed to before. Later research indicated that they are considered Out of Network and I am responsible for part of the bill. I do understand that it was my responsibility for checking before I called, but considering that a large chuck of your patients work for the same employer, I would have expected the courtesy of notification by the receptionist. I will not be returning simply because of the disregard they have for their customers.

  I am extremely happy with the care and kindness I have received at this office! I have been a patient of theirs for about 5 years. When I moved to Columbus I tried 3 other dentist before finding them and knew I had found my dentist. I am not an easy patient but they do everything to make it easy for me. If you struggle to go to a dentist, for any reason, you really should try them. It's the kind of place that knows your name and remembers you every time you walk in the door.
