- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was waiting 30+ minutes (in counting) before having someone see me and go "Oh!" before having me go back to finally pay my copayment. Waiting another 15 minutes before finally going up to the desk again to ask about the unusual wait time before getting the rude response of, "That's because we didn't see your paperwork." like it was my fault.
