- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The teeth extraction experience was not the issue I don't know how to describe since this is my first time ......I don't know there policy on how long it takes to fax over paper work but apparently it take a week just for the doctor to sign my leave of absence papers my job will not let me come back to work until it is sent in .....now my job is on the line max days to be gone short term is 7 it's been 7 whole days only paper received was a paper stating wen I can return to work which is ok but not the paperwork they need so now im still on leave without pay,they still have jobs and got paid I myself might be without one because of this .......first time for everything now I know to ask certain questions and will never get surgery at a random dentist having you own doctor really makes a differenceOctober 24, 2017by Niique SoUnique
