  First of all i want to start by saying I've never put a review before because im just not that person but the customer service at this place is horrible. i work at a dealership i was helping a customer add a new vehicle to hes policy spoke to Lisa or Patty not sure because Cynthia didn't know who i spoke with. anyways we asked to add the new vehicle to the policy customer didn't speak English so i was translating after she told him he had to pay a new deposit he decided to just replace the one he already has because hes son is getting new insurance on it. she started saying how that was illegal and if the bmv found out he would be in trouble and just refuse to replace it. it sounded like she just wanted to collect the new deposit and NOT do what customer was asking her to do. she transfer us to Cynthia because like i said she REFUSED to do it.and Cynthia was so helpful and did what the customer was asking her to do. i talk to insurance agencies all the time at least 4 times a week and this has never happened before this was just the worst my customer said now he will move to a different agency and i don't blame him.
