  I have been coming to this location for about a year, and I have always had a great experience. Everyone in the office is exceptionally friendly and are very attentive to their patients. Also, being able to lay down and watch TV in the morning at the dentist's office is pretty great!

  Never EVER go to this place, especially if it's an emergency!! I had an impacted/chipped wisdom tooth which was causing me constant pain that I desperately needed extracted. I made an appointment on a Saturday, thinking they were going to do the extraction same day...after taking X-rays and consulting with the dentist, he told me that they were going to have to do surgery, which would have to be scheduled. He then told me that their first available appointment with the oral surgeon would be almost a MONTH from now! They gave me an antibiotic prescription and some 600mg Ibuprofen and sent me out the door! I suffered for almost another month off and on with the pain, then the day before my appointment, I got a call, saying it would have to be rescheduled! I was also told that my insurance would NOT pay for the IV sedation, which would be $800 dollars out of pocket, and due IMMEDIATELY before the procedure!!! Finally having enough of their 3 ring circus, I searched and found an emergency dental clinic, a REAL ONE!! I walked in, they numbed my entire mouth VIA pain injections, pulled out all 4 of my wisdom teeth, SAME DAY, and sent me home, complete with antibiotics, prescription pain meds and aftercare instructions!! The best part....my insurance covered EVERYTHING, with ZERO out of pocket cost! With the amount of money Fixari charges for their procedures, and given the fact that they're listed with Google as an "emergency" facility, I would assume they would have something similar in place. I also need some cosmetic dentistry done, and was looking at Fixari as a possible option, but sorry, after this nightmare of an experience...I think I'll look elsewhere.

  I’ve been going to Fixari for several years and I’m always happy with the customer service here. They really have taken great care of both me and my husband. I started going here because of a dental emergency and left my previous dentist for this practice. Dr. Max fixed a problem for me that was the result of poor quality dental work at another practice. This location is a little far for me considering I live in Powell but I will always make the trip. Thank you!
